The Industrial Equipment Finance (IEF) group of GATX Specialty provides tailored equipment leasing and financing solutions to meet the needs of the North American manufacturing and industrial sectors.
IEF can customize solutions for companies in search of affordable financing based upon the underlying capital value of their equipment. We are eager to work with both public and private companies and, while focused on the middle market, are familiar with servicing a range of credits.
Typical transaction characteristics include:
- $5-20 million transaction size
- Financing terms typically between 3-10 years
- Participations / sale & leasebacks / secondary market transactions
- Tax oriented leases / finance leases / term loans
- Targeted industries include (but are not limited to): transportation, manufacturing, energy, automotive, mining, agriculture and food processing
