Overview:

Responsible for leading and directing the Service Center’s Maintenance Department. Accountable for leadership of skilled labor employees including all aspects of safety, quality, production and cost.  Ensures the highest quality work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.

Responsibilities:

Plans, directs and supervises all facility maintenance in accordance with priority goals and availability of resources to support production activities at the facility. Ensures daily maintenance calls and issues are addressed and resolved. Plans, directs and supervises scheduled preventative maintenance to effectively maintain machines, equipment and facility. Uses technical experience, expertise and problem solving ability to resolve facility maintenance issues and help drive continuous improvement.  Maintains an effective work force by training, counseling and motivating agreement workers. Ensure that all necessary administrative work is complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in fast-paced production environment with preferably 10+ years of facility maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
