The Compensation Analyst will support the compensation team with strategy development, design and administration of our global compensation and total rewards program. This includes assisting in the evaluation of job descriptions, participating in compensation surveys, administering the long-term incentive plan with our equity compensation solution vendor and assisting with the administration of the Company’s incentive plan program.

Education Level: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is required.

This is a HYBRID position which will require the employee to work in the office at least 3 days a week throughout the year. The employee may work remotely the balance of the time, apart from year-end or as needed.
