Small-Cube Pressure Differential Covered Hoppers

Small cube pressure differentials are used to ship dense, dry commodities. The car is typically configured for cement and frac sand service. These cars are typically unlined and standard discharge piping is carbon steel. The cars are discharged by pumping air into the car to create interior pressure and “fluidize” the commodity.
