Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance (RRPF) is GATX’s 50% owned joint venture with Rolls-Royce plc, a leading manufacturer of commercial aircraft jet engines. RRPF owns and leases aircraft spare engines to a diverse group of commercial aircraft operators worldwide as well as to Rolls-Royce for use in their engine maintenance programs. GATX Engine Leasing (GEL), is GATX’s wholly owned portfolio of aircraft spare engines. RRPF manages the lease administration of these engines.
